The CSG Central’s Time Card Entry module is a time card web application designed for builders and contractors looking to capture time remotely for processing of payroll, job cost and financial reporting. It has the following features:

  • Time Clock – Clock In/Out time (Optional)
    • 12 or 24 hour Format available
  • Job Cost Tracking – Allows for entering time, hours or units by job by category of work
  • Customizable data entry screen
  • Cost Accounting Integration –  Automatically synchronizes employee and job information from Job Accounting Professional so there is no re-entry of information
  • Payroll Integration – Submitted time is imported into Job Accounting Professional’s payroll module for review and processing of payroll, job cost and financial reporting
  • CSG Central Integration – The Time Card Entry module can be stand-alone or in conjunction with CSG Central’s other modular applications that shares job information with clients, employees and vendors.
