Our company has been in business since 2000 and we have always been looking for a more integrated system. Our estimating was done on spreadsheets, proposals prepared in Word, and finally, the accounting was done in Quickbooks, far from a seamless process. Job costing was also difficult. While there has been a considerable learning curve, we are finding that the CSG’s Simple Series is an excellent choice and becoming easy to use. The training has been very helpful, and while expensive, it has been worth it. I also find that there are fewer things that “slip through the cracks”, increasing our profitablity.”
