With our digital takeoff interface feature will you’ll be able to do the following within our estimating products via “Click of a Button”:
- Create a project in Stratosphere
- Tag line items/assemblies in the bid and push them to Stratosphere
- Pull the Stratosphere’s takeoff amounts directly to the tagged line items/assemblies in the bid
Our Takeoff Estimating products will then do the following:
- Converts the takeoff amounts to the ordering quantities of materials, labor, subcontract, equipment and other costs.
- Allow the adding additional cost items to the bid not on the blueprint
- Multiply each item’s ordering quantities by the actual cost
- Add overhead and profit to come up with a retail price
- Generate Proposals and Agreements for the clients to sign
- Create detailed and summarized estimates along with budgets by category of work
- Generate Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, Work Orders and RFQ’s from the estimate in seconds
