Definitely recommend CSG Software for any builder looking for simple & effective processes. Jeff and team have been great to work with, got us up and running quickly and are readily available for suppport. You can’t ask for more when dealing with new software.

CSG’s software Job Accounting Professional is a solid accounting software for construction companies that works really well for small companies like ours. I review 8 different programs before I chose CSG and found that this one really fit us well. It is easy to use, follows GAP and is fairly intuitive. One of the best features of this software is the training and the support. When I have a question, I can either talk with someone or send and email and I will get a response very quickly. I am very happy that I chose CSG.
Integration is so much better and I feel that, while still learning, it has been the best software investment we have made.
Our company has been in business since 2000 and we have always been looking for a more integrated system. Our estimating was done on spreadsheets, proposals prepared in Word, and finally, the accounting was done in Quickbooks, far from a seamless process. Job costing was also difficult. While there has been a considerable learning curve, we are finding that the CSG’s Simple Series is an excellent choice and becoming easy to use. The training has been very helpful, and while expensive, it has been worth it. I also find that there are fewer things that “slip through the cracks”, increasing our profitablity.”

I was able to get my computer updated to meet the current system requirements and get it loaded with my existing database. This is a huge improvement from the old system!! “I have been using CSG software since 2006. I find that the software is very user friendly and easy to move around in. I have trained on computer systems before and the simplicity of the CSG software makes my job a lot easier! If I do have a problem, CSG support is a phone call away. They offer free webinars to inform the users of the new and upcoming products and any edits they may have with the existing software itself. I recommend CSG to all contractors. It has saved our company a lot of money having budgets within jobs. My boss is not a computer friendly guy and he has no problem running the estimating program from CSG.”
